Hello, new readers! It’s good to see you.
I hope that you’ve come to this blog with good intentions. Perhaps you’re already a Jew. Perhaps you’re considering conversion, or you know someone who is, and you want to understand the process. That’s fine.
However, I’m going to repeat the warning from my original first post here now. If you are a Christian who thinks it would be a good idea to send me a tract or a comment about how Jesus is my savior – don’t. Just don’t. I’ve heard that message for thirty years from hundreds of well-meaning Christians, and it’s never been convincing to me. It’s never given me any hope at all. All it’s given me is pain and fear, and I’ve had enough of that in my life. So if you’re so moved, please move along. I may not be done with my conversion yet, but in my soul, I know that I am supposed to be a Jew. Any comments that try to push Jesus or Christianity, on me or anyone else, will be summarily deleted.
This may seem like I’m rejecting debate on this topic, and you know what? It’s true. I am. I find it morally unacceptable to push your belief system on anyone, and in my experience, Christians are the most likely to do that. All initial comments are moderated, and they will not see the light of day if they have a pushing-Christianity flavor to them.
Is this something you’ve had happen here? Cause that is awful. I’ve been blogging about my conversion at Tumblr on a more personal private blog, but I’ve been thinking about posting here at WordPress instead / cross posting because the comment section and features of WordPress appeal to me. I’ll have to keep this in mind.

It seems to be a thing on at least two other blogs I’ve seen, so I’m taking this pre-emptive measure.
